The AI Adoption Paradox: Breaking Free of Complexity

Organizations across every domain are investing heavily in Generative AI. While large language models (LLMs) and agentic solutions have become widely available, companies create an expensive and complex agentic layer on top of their infrastructure, platform and application layers, and companies struggle to realize a clear ROI on AI.

The agentic AI is treated as “just another technology”, and placed into the hands of engineers, who have a party and create a new thick layer of “agentic AI spaghetti” on top of the existing technology cake. Thus, organizations fail to realize the agility, productivity, automation, and knowledge management benefits that GenAI promises.

In essence, this failure happens because organizations use the same, old technology approach to manage AI as they always have: they depend on engineers to design, implement and manage it. Give an engineer a technology and you will need more engineers the manage the new complexity and cost. This is the Technology and AI Adoption Paradox.

3reme proposes a new, simple and radical approach to AI engineering: Bring AI in and get engineers out! From a classic Design Thinking POV, the end user dictates the solution, which means it cannot consist of agents with a box full of engineers, and programming languages and traditional DevSecOps needs to be fully eliminated. The solution is to not treat AI as just another technology, but to fully design solutions on the basis of human language.

3reme builds solutions exclusively in human language or prompts, including the design, planning and automation layers. Our unique strategy to technology and AI solutions is a fully human-centric approach that aims to eliminate the complexity of engineering.
